Learning outcomes
To know the features of consulting services as a specific product. To know the stages of establishment and development of consulting business in the context of basic business processes. To know the features of the consultant-client relationship and determine the role of a consultant in the context of the professional traits and abilities. To know the main phases and stages of the consultation process, taking into account the focus and prerequisites for the development of a consulting project. To know the patterns of functioning of modern finance, money circulation at the micro level. To know the main results of the latest research in the field of financial analysis theory. To know modern methods of financial analysis. To be able to study trends in international and domestic consulting markets. To be able to identify factors and determine the feasibility of consulting within the project, based on the expectations of the client and the consultant.

1) To have a basic level of knowledge needed to understand the most important business processes.
2) Knowledge of instruments of financial analysis and financial management.
3) To be able to use Excel for financial calculations
Course content
Content module 1: 1. Introduction to international consulting services. 2. The concept of international consulting services. 3 Project cycle in the field of international consulting. 4. Organizational and economic aspects of consulting. 5. Methods and technology of consulting. 6. Features of consulting different types of companies. Content module 2: 7. Financial consulting: financial management system of the company. 8. Consulting in the field of analysis of the financial condition of the company. 9. Budgeting, development of all types of financial plans. 10. Development and optimization of capital raising schemes. 11. Valuation of companies. 12. International tax planning as a way to legally minimize the tax burden of an international company.
