Learning outcomes
5. To know the nature of international communications, various formats of international cooperation, the problems of development of states and international regions in global, regional and local contexts. 9. To prepare analytical statements and reports on the state of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies, as well as other diplomatic documents. 10. To carry out activities in diplomatic and other areas related to international cooperation. 16. To defend professionally the interests of Ukraine in various spheres of international relations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the theoretical foundations of diplomacy and organization of diplomatic work, the basics of formation and implementation of foreign policy. 2. Be able to analyze the dynamics of interstate diplomatic cooperation taking into account a combination of political and economic factors. 3. Possess basic skills of political analysis, analysis of international situations and forecasting.

1. Consular relations between states. 2. Consular missions. Consular staff. Privileges and immunities. 3. Consular fee. Consular list. 4. Consular protection. 5. Certification of documents: consular legalization, apostille. 6. Consular actions on citizenship. 7. Consular maintenance of elections abroad. 8. Visa issues in consular work.
