            Course content

The etiologies of diseases, morpho- and pathogenesis, the consequences of cell alteration under the influence of pathogens or as a result of the development of the body's response to them are studied. Features of ultrastructural pathology of cells and morphological manifestations of different types of dystrophies are explained in detail with an explanation of the mechanisms and patterns of their development. The types of compensatory-adaptive reactions and their significance for the organism are compared. Circulatory and lymphatic disorders and their consequences are analyzed. Different types of necrosis, their classification, yield and differences from apoptosis are considered. The nature of inflammation in the body is studied.
