Learning outcomes
Know the basic concepts, categories and features of modern marketing management, the nature and types of strategies in international business, principles, mechanisms and stages of strategy formulation in national and international markets, specifics, nature and types of competitive advantages, mechanisms, methods and types of segmentation in international markets, essence and features of product positioning strategies, the concept of product value and consumer loyalty management, the main stages and methods of strategic marketing planning and formulation of market strategy in international business

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of international business, marketing, management, international marketing, international management. Possession of basic skills of search, processing and analysis of information from various sources
Course content
1. Strategy in marketing management: basic concepts 2. Needs, customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty 3. Segmentation and analysis of market attractiveness 4. Marketing and management strategies 5. Strategic plan in marketing management and formulation of market strategy

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. The discipline ends with an exam. Work on seminars (oral answers and additions) are evaluated with a maximum of 10 points per seminar. The report on students' independent work on individual topics is presented in the form of presentations or case assignments, which are evaluated with a maximum of 10 points. The exam is mandatory for students to complete the module analytical projects "Marketing Wars" and "Finding ideas for their own business", provided by the Working Curriculum, which are assessed with a maximum of 30 and 40 points, respectively. To bring the final number of points obtained by the student during the semester to the scale of compliance with the modular rating system, the sum of all points obtained is weighed by a factor of 0.5
