Learning outcomes
Know the theoretical and methodological aspects of human resource management; main directions of state policy, system of state governing bodies, principles and levers of management of such processes as: labor migration, unemployment, etc .; organization of personnel management and record keeping at enterprises; the specifics of the regulation of social and labor relations in the team, the main aspects of the legal regulation of such relations; content, tasks, principles and directions of implementation of human resources management strategy and policy; the essence of the main stages of human resource management; methods for determining the effectiveness of human resource management; the content of labor conflicts and methods of resolving them; main aspects of international cooperation in the field of human resources management; the fundamental difference between such key career concepts as employment and collective bargaining, СV
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management, in particular specific methods of international and cross-cultural management; 2) the ability to study, evaluate, analyze and summarize the main indicators of the enterprise, the effectiveness of its management system, the completeness of the implementation of operational and strategic planning; 3) skills of analytical research and analysis.

1. Theoretical and methodological aspects of human resource management. 2. State policy of human resources management. 3. Governing bodies in the personnel management system. 4. Regulation of social and labor relations in the team. 5. Personnel policy. 6. Stages of human resource management in the organization. 7. Management of turnover processes, staff release and business discipline. 8. Effective human resource management. 9. Labor conflicts. 10. International cooperation in the field of human resource management.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment is formed by the points received by the student in the process of mastering the material of all content modules (oral answer and solving test tasks in practical lessons; preparation of abstracts and fixed reports; modular test work; presentation; marketing research of a separate labor market). Final evaluation. The exam in the discipline is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam is estimated at a maximum of 40 points.
