Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the disciplines "Tour operating", "Organization of activity
tourist enterprise", "Regulation of tourist activity", "Management",
"Economics of a tourist company", "Legal studies", "Basics of psychology" and "Finance".
2. Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, situation modeling, forecasting,
comparison.
Course content
The academic discipline is devoted to study
conceptual and methodological principles of enterprise personnel management, in particular:
personnel management in the management system of organizations, personnel policy, personnel
planning, strategic management of the organization's personnel, organization of activities and
functions of personnel service, efficiency of tourist personnel management
enterprises. Special attention is paid to the organization of recruitment and selection of personnel and
labor organization of tourism enterprise personnel, management of the development process,
movement, release, motivation and reward of staff of tourist enterprises,
conflict management in tourism.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment:
1. Work in practical classes - 15 points / 10 points
2. Final control papers (test + open questions) (RN 1.1.-2.8, 4.1.-4.3) –
20 points / 12 points
3. Presentation – 10 points / 6 points
4. Individual task - 5 points / 3 points
- final evaluation in the form of an exam. The exam is conducted in written and oral form
form
The maximum number of points on the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points which
are added to semester grades - 24 points (60% of the maximum points assigned to
examination).
In the event that a student scored less than the specified number of points on the exam, they do not
are added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points received during the semester), c
of the examination information in the column "points for the examination" is put "0", and in the column "resulting
grade" only the number of points received during the semester is transferred
