Course content
The discipline "Molecular taxonomy of plants" is part of the cycle of free choice of students. The discipline is a basic biological discipline that deals with a holistic view of biodiversity, techniques for identifying biological objects by marker sequences of genomic DNA, obtaining, analyzing and editing chromatograms with sequencing, elucidation of phylogenetic relationships of plant and fungal objects using molecular techniques phylogenetic analysis, determining the degree of differences between taxa based on molecular genetic markers.
