- To evaluate critically and analyze global processes and their impact on international affairs, diplomacy and international cooperation. - To know the nature of international communications, various formats of international cooperation, problems of development of states and international regions in the global, regional and local contexts. -To evaluate and analyze international problems, foreign policy and diplomacy problems and situations, try to resolve such problems. -To know how to organize and develop individual and group research projects in the field of international relations, world politics and international cooperation. - To interact with professionals from different fields in the development and implementation of applied and scientific projects in the field of international cooperation and diplomacy.

- To know theoretical and practical aspects of creation and functioning of international organizations - To be aware of principle of functioning of international organization of the UN system. - To have basic skills of searching and analysis of legal documents, analytical information and statistical data sources. - To know English or other foreign languages for better opportunities for review of legal acts of integration blocs.
