Learning outcomes
The student must know the essence, characteristic features and classification of the stock market, features and forms of regulation of the activities of stock market participants; methods of analyzing the dynamics of the stock market; peculiarities of providing financial services on the securities market; innovations on the stock market.
The student must be able to use the legal and regulatory documents on the organization of the stock market; based on statistical information
conduct a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of stock development the market; carry out comparative characteristics of various types of securities; to form an optimal portfolio of securities depending on the investment policy; to have modern tools for trading on stock exchanges.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites:
1) know the contents of the disciplines "Economic theory", "Macroeconomics", "Microeconomics", "Probability theory and mathematical statistics", "Finance", "Macroeconomic statistics", "Basics of programming", "Data processing methods".
2) to be able to analyze the cause-and-effect relationships of the development of individual segments of the stock market market, perform financial and statistical calculations using modern software, search, process and analyze information from various sources using business analytics services that provide quick access to large data sets ( Big
Data), prepare presentations in the MS Windows program. Possess the analytical tools of mathematical and statistical modeling and forecasting, methods of system and financial analysis of the activities of the participants stock market; have public speaking skills.
Course content
The discipline is devoted to study theoretical and organizational foundations of the functioning of the stock market, its research structure, finding out the key vectors of development. Students must purchase universal knowledge of the fundamentals of the stock market and modern trends in its development; methods analysis of the securities market and features of the regulation of the activities of stock market participants market. The course provides for the use of analogies between equations used in economy, and the equations of individual physical processes (hydrodynamics – the “flow” of money, temperature - cost, phase transition - "collapse" of the market, etc.).
The knowledge gained by students as a result of studying this discipline can be used for the organization of one's own business, effective management of the CPU portfolio, will become useful when choosing the direction of further professional specialization: in the banking sector, institutions of the stock market, investment funds, in the field of applied physics, as well as the newest combined directions that are rapidly developing.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation: the semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process assimilation of material from all course topics and performance of analytical and calculation works.
Final assessment in the form of an exam, the form of the exam is written. The condition for achieving a positive assessment is: discipline is to receive at least 60 points, the exam grade cannot be less than 24 points.
