Learning outcomes
Achievement by students of such competencies, skills and abilities as: ability to think abstractly, analyze and synthesize knowledge of the doctrine of civil, labor and international private law; ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources; ability to generate new ideas on the doctrine of civil, labor and international private law; ability to apply the principles of the rule of law to solve complex problems and problems; ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of the Convention on Human Rights and fundamental principles of international law.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the principles of formation and development of civil law institutions, legal regulation of property and personal non-property civil relations, including private law relations with a foreign element; the main aspects of the formation and development of labor law institutions, peculiarities of labor relations and their legal nature; acts of labor legislation and practice of resolving labor disputes.
Course content
The forms of teaching and methods of teaching the discipline are aimed at studying topical issues of civil, labor and private international law, including wartime problems. The discipline studies the problems of understanding the subject of civil, labor and private international law, the legal nature, structure of legal relations in these areas, problematic principles of application of sources of civil and labor law, features of individual objects of civil and labor rights, doctrinal approaches to understanding the content of personal non-property, property, obligations, corporate and inheritance civil relations, as well as labor relations and relations closely related to them, agreements in labor law, forms and methods of protection of labor and civil rights.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (select the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study.
The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score is 40 points.
During the current control during seminars, the following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, systematic work in the classroom, and the results of homework.
Final assessment: written or oral examination (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) with a maximum score of 60.
