Learning outcomes
Achievement by students of such competencies, skills and abilities as: the ability to apply theoretical knowledge, to understand the profession of a housing law specialist; the ability to conduct comparative analysis and synthesis of housing law categories using information and communication technologies; the ability to exercise their rights and obligations in the housing sector; the ability to apply knowledge on the realization of the right to housing; the ability to understand and implement the rules of substantive and procedural law in resolving housing disputes.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the main aspects of the historical formation and development of housing law and housing legislation, legal features and classification of housing relations, basic principles of implementation and methods of protection of housing rights, literature sources on housing law, legislation governing housing relations, case law, including ECtHR Be able to assess and determine the role and objectives of housing law, to determine housing relations, to give a legal description of housing rights. Have basic skills in working with educational and legal literature, the use of scientific methods of knowledge and legal methods of resolving controversial practical situations in the field of housing law.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at demonstrating students' own vision of housing dispute resolution, acquiring practical skills in using national and foreign legislation and other sources of housing law to resolve real-life situations with the correct use of legal terminology. The course of the discipline provides for an intensive study of current housing legislation, the values of civil society, using available information technologies and case law databases for professional activities in comparison with legal regulation in other countries.

Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (select the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study. The following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the answer; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in class; results of homework. Students can make up for seminar classes missed for valid reasons during extracurricular time (teacher's consultation time) by oral questioning, testing, and preparing a research report. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may not be allowed to take the final assessment. The final assessment of student knowledge takes place during the written test (maximum score - 60).
