PRN 2. Effectively work with information: select the necessary information from various sources, in particular from specialized literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, organize, classify and systematize it. PRN 3. To organize the process of one's education and self-education. PRN 4. To understand the fundamental principles of human existence, nature, and society. PRN 5. Cooperate with colleagues, representatives of other cultures and religions, adherents of different political views, etc. PRN 6. Use information and communication technologies to solve complex specialized tasks and problems of professional activity.

1. know: - to have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Entry to university studies" and others. - the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. 2. be able to: - identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw reasonable conclusions from issues of professional activity. 3. have elementary skills: - drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials, necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.

The purpose of the discipline is for students to master the main institutes of labor law, to form a holistic view of the theoretical, economic, institutional, legal and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the necessary competencies and initial practical skills required for the organization and conduct of entrepreneurial activities in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory policy of the state .
