Course content
The goal of the discipline is for students to master the main institutes of labor law, forming a holistic view of theoretical, economic, institutional, legal and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity, as well as necessary and initial competencies practical skills needed for organizing and conducting business activities, respectively to the requirements of the regulatory policy of the state.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation of such types of work as individual performances, additions, blitz-survey, discussion of problematic issues, participation in discussions, individual tasks (fixed performances and defense of presentations, writing essays, creative works, etc.), performance control works, is carried out during seminar classes, which take place according to the schedule in the online or offline. In the case of a student's absence from a seminar session for valid reasons, he can to make up for the missed lesson outside the classroom during the semester (during consultations teacher), by means of an oral survey or completion of an individual task. The student receives a credit based on the results of the academic work in the semester, if received a minimum of 30 points for each block of the educational discipline "Selected sections of labor rights and fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity".
