            Acquire comprehensive knowledge of major issues and developments at the global and regional levels, obtain profound knowledge of main international, understand the main mechanisms of global and regional governance and their interrelationship, acquire profound knowledge of the main dilemmas and policies of major actors in international relations against the background of global and regional developments, improve the analytical skills in the sphere of international relations for their  further application during the practical professional work.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            Know concepts, sources, principles and trends of contemporary international relations and world politics; know the major theoretical perspectives of international relations and world politics. The evolving global agenda: security, transnational terrorism and crime, sustainable development, migration, poverty, food, security etc; know the main theoretical approaches to international security. The key security issues for XXI century security.

            Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: oral answers at the seminar (up to 42 points), execution of modular works (up to 30 points), execution of individual work (up to 18 points), presentations (up to 10 points).
