Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: basic principles of the theory of international relations, public relations in international relations, basic principles of government information campaigns, basics of communication theory Be able to: determine the purpose and object of communication, choose the method of conveying information and receiving feedback Have basic skills: working with a computer, preparing presentations, literacy, formulation and logical presentation of one's own opinion
Course content
Module 1. Fundamentals of branding technologies. Topic 1. Theoretical and applied aspects of branding technologies as part of PR activities. Topic 2. Brand management system. Topic 3. Methodology and methods for developing a branding strategy. Topic 4. Differences between state branding and corporate and international branding. Module 2. State branding of the world countries. Topic 5. Basics of territory branding. Topic 6. Branding of territorial units. Topic 7. State branding of the world. Topic 8. Strategy of formation of the state brand of Ukraine

Lectures, presentations, seminars, workshops, case studies.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of student work in seminars, the quality of preparation of written independent, tests, case studies, presentations and individual presentations. Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: activity and quality of presentations, reports at seminars, participation in discussions, quality of prepared presentations, activity during case studies and subject discussions - up to 35 points (up to 5 points per seminar, 7 seminar classes, 5x7 = 35 points), the lower level of positive evaluation - 20 points. Final modular test - up to 30 points (lower level of positive assessment - 20 points). Execution of individual written work (1 work) - up to 35 points (lower level of positive assessment - 20 points). Written works are accepted in due time. The course provides 2 meaningful parts. The discipline ends with a test.
