Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the theoretical foundations, methodology and basic methods of consulting work in the field of management due to the successful mastery of the disciplines "Psychology of organizations", "Psychology of management", "Fundamentals of psychological training", "Psychological technologies of strategic management", "Fundamentals of psychological counseling". To be able to: plan, organize and conduct consulting work. To have: skills in developing and conducting consultations with clients, basic methods for planning and developing consulting activities necessary for practical psychologist
Course content
The aim is to acquaint students with the basic methodological principles and paradigms of business consulting, a set of approaches, methods, techniques and procedures that form the basis of modern technologies of business consulting, as well as with the possibilities of application of these methods in the practical activity of a psychologist. The study of the discipline provides: 1) acquisition knowledge about the system of psychological support for business processes; 2) get acquainted with the methodology of business consulting; 3) mastering the skills of using psychological methods in business consulting; 4) development of skills and abilities to use modern psychological technologies in the field of business consulting; 5) the formation of students' professional thinking, the ability to analyze complex psychological phenomena and processes that manifest themselves in consulting activities.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, reports, discussions, work in mini-groups, case studies, tests, project assignments, creative assignments.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: the final number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of mastering the material on all 8 topics of two content modules, completing tasks for individual work and individual creative work during the semester. Organization of assessment: final assessment in the form of an exam: the maximum number of points in the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points attached to the semester is 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the exam). Students who scored during the semester a total of fewer points than the critically calculated minimum of 20 points are not allowed to take the exam. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 38 points. Grading scheme: - Excellent (90-100 scores) - Good (75-89 scores) - Satisfactory (60-74 scores) - Fail (0-59 scores)
