The student must know: the structural components of communication, the position of the individual in contact, the concept of the origins and manifestations of manipulation in communication, the nature of the barriers to communication and ways to overcome them. The student must be able to: build effective communication in situations of formal and informal nature, reflexively listen to a communication partner. The student must possess: techniques and methods of effective communication.

The purpose of the discipline is to promote students "awareness of the importance of effective professional communication and the formation of basic professional communication skills.

Practical lessons, tasks for independent work of the student,testing, solving practical problems.

The maximum number of points for the qualification is 40 points, the minimum number of points added to the semester - 24 points (60% of the maximum number of points allocated for the qualification). Students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 20 points are not allowed to compile the score. Recommended minimum for admission -36 points. Grading scheme: Excellent 90-100 points. Good 75-89 points. Satisfactory 60-74 points. Fail 0-59 points.
