Learning outcomes
"Methods of making managerial decisions in international business" introduces students to the practice of using modern models and methods for making more effective management decisions and the basic forms, methods and packages of applications used in decision-making models. The discipline develops the skills and abilities to make effective decisions in various sectors of the economy and areas of economic activity

Methods of decision-making in international business provide skills to analyze the real situation in international economic relations, its structuring (definition of basic elements, factors of influence and relationships between components of the study), setting a formalized problem, deciding on methods of analysis and problem solving

Systems analysis and systems approach in the development, adoption and implementation of management decisions
Heuristic methods of substantiation and decision making
Expert assessments in management decisions. Assessment of consistency of expert decisions
Probabilistic methods of decision making. Rules and schemes of decision-making in conditions of insufficient information
Models and methods of resource optimization and decision making
Special tasks of linear programming. Transport task and destination task
Automation of project management and business planning in international business

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Assessment of students' knowledge is carried out by current control, and the final result of the student's work during the semester is evaluated on a 100-point scale.
Current control: answers and presentations (up to 40 points), written analytical individual and group tasks, case studies (up to 40 points), final modular test (up to 20 points). The credit is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
