Learning outcomes
PR01. To analyze the main stages and regularities of historical development for the formation of a civic position, national dignity and patriotism. PR02. Strive for self-organization and self-education. PR07. Possess the skills to work independently and as a leader, get results in a limited time with an emphasis on professional integrity during the cultivation of ornamental plants in open and closed soil, design, creation and operation of horticultural facilities. PR18. Be able to predict the effectiveness and consequences of the implementation of environmental protection measures.

1. Know the content of the main economic categories. 2. Be able to prepare presentations in RR; to work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. 3. To have basic skills of performing calculations using electronic spreadsheets.
Course content
The educational discipline "Business planning" is a component of the professional training program for specialists of the educational level "Bachelor" in the specialty "206 "Horticulture". "Business planning" is an elective discipline that highlights the theoretical and applied issues of developing business plans. Methodological toolkit for development of marketing, production, organizational and financial substantiation of the feasibility of implementing entrepreneurial projects is analyzed. The following main topics are considered: business plan development technology; modern methods of business plan development; break-even analysis of the project; volume planning and investment efficiency assessment; business plan marketing program; modeling of cash flows during project development.
