Learning outcomes
Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of analysis of international markets for goods and services, namely ability to: analyze the main determinants of global markets for goods and services, analyze the situation of a particular type of international market for goods and services, perform highly analytical, organizational and organizational teaching work in the fields of international economic relations and international business, accumulate of the necessary optimal ratio of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills of analysis of current trends in the international services market. A student will be able to: select, analyze, evaluate and systematize the available analytical information on the state of the international market of goods and services; forecast international trade in regions, countries and relevant markets; formulate the goals and objectives of market research in international trade.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
A student must: 1. Know the basics of the theory of international economic relations, regulation of international economic relations, market research. 2. Be able to analyze the causes, consequences and trends in international markets. 3. Have basic skills of search and analysis of analytical materials and sources of statistical data.
Course content
Content module 1. Methodological bases of research and determinants of development of the world market of services. The situation on the world commodity market: features of the formation of individual segments and the dynamics of processes. The situation on the world market of minerals, metals and fuels. Trends in the international market of chemical industry and machine-building products. Trends in the world market of agro-industrial products. The situation on the world market of tourist and transport services. International trade and financial consulting services. Engineering and leasing services in international trade. Features of the international market of IT services.

Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge and skills: 1. During an answer at the seminar (participation in the discussion); 2. In the form of writing individual analytical works during independent study of topics; 3. In the form of essay writing; 4. In the form of discussion of trends in the development of forms of international economic relations; 5. In the form of a presentation of a study of a specific form of international economic relations.
