Learning outcomes
Ability to learn and master modern knowledge. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity. Ability to work in an international context; Ability to carry out communication and information-analytical activities in the field of international relations (Ukrainian and foreign languages). Be able to: apply the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the science of public administration in the scientific analysis of international political processes. critically evaluate the various theoretical approaches and concepts that exist in public administration, public administration and formulate recommendations for improving the administrative and legal regulation of administrative relations in society.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know about: modern content of basic categories and theoretical foundations and basic approaches in the formation of information management system, the structure of information flows in the decision-making system in the state apparatus, the basic principles of electronic document management in the state, trends in modern corporate information systems and information logistics.
Be able to: conceptually use philosophical concepts and categories of international political science as sources of tools for studying modern trends in public administration, critically comprehend established approaches and ideas, identify and characterize the boundaries of theoretical and practical issues of modern public administration.

Content module 1
Definition and interpretation of the basic concepts of the theory of public administration and local self-government, to characterize the basic concepts of public administration, public administration and local self-government.
Content module 2
Describe the administrative and legal regulation of managerial relations in society (on the example of Ukraine and France).
