Successful completion of courses: "Oriental Language: basic Level" (in particular, proper mastery of lexical and grammatical material and mastery of basic skills of language and speech competence).
Course content
The discipline teaches Vietnamese at the phonetic, lexical and grammatical levels. At the intermediate level, the focus is on enriching speech. Lexical, grammatical, phraseological material is presented in a variety of thematic presentations, as well as with an emphasis on synonymy, antonymy, polysemy, etc.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Training activities during the semester: practical classes conducted with the use of interactive teaching methods, and individual work. The main types of activities and, accordingly, the objects of semester control are: writing lexical dictations, writing works, listening, speaking (oral topic), answering a practical lesson, test work with open answers. Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the mastered material, including theoretical training, which is 40% of the total assessment, and practical training, which is 60% of the total assessment. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student for classroom activities and for individual work. The minimum score for the semester is 36 points, while the maximum score equals 60. Final assessment: exam. Criteria for semester and exam assessment are presented in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
