Course content
The aim of the course is to teach students to use Vietnamese at the everyday and general level.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Training activities during the semester: practical classes conducted with the use of interactive teaching methods, and individual work. The main types of activities and, accordingly, the objects of semester control are: answers during practical classes, oral interviews, written works, tests with open answers, project works, oral presentations, final test. Detailed planned educational activities and teaching methods are presented in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the mastered material, including theoretical training, which is 40% of the total assessment, and practical training, which is 60% of the total assessment. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student for classroom activities and for individual work. The minimum score for the semester is 60 points, while the maximum score equals 100. The course ends with a final test. A "pass" is set based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment activities. Criteria for semester assessment are presented in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
