ELO 9. Describe the theoretical foundations (concepts, categories, principles, basic concepts, etc.) and applied aspects of the Russian language and literature PLO 10. Collect and systematise linguistic and literary facts, interpret texts of different styles and genres. ELO 11. Carry out scientific analysis of linguistic, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account appropriate methodological principles, formulate generalisations based on independently processed data. Explain the essence of specific philological issues and one's own point of view on them and its justification to both specialists and the general public, including students, in an accessible and reasoned manner.

Course content
The main aim of the discipline "Linguistic and Stylistic Analysis of a Literary Text" is to acquaint students with the criteria of linguistic analysis of a literary text, with the peculiarities of organisation and functioning of all linguistic and speech means of actualising the content of a literary work; disclosure of the codes of the linguistic world picture through these units. The article analyses the specifics of the language of Russian literature, the main aspects of the linguistic and speech study of a literary text (prose, poetry and drama), units of analysis, extralinguistic parameters, and structural organisation.

Lectures, practical classes, independent work. Theoretical, empirical, analytical (including elements of synthesis) methods, observation of language and speech; independent work with scientific and reference literature; group work technologies (dialogue, polylogue, group discussion, modelling and analysis of a speech situation)
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral answers, current control surveys, module control surveys, checking the analysis of a literary text in the form of a written review/review. Assessment of student knowledge and skills is carried out systematically, in accordance with the thematic plan of lectures and practical classes.
