Learning outcomes
Acquisition by students of the necessary methodological knowledge and practical skills in the field of the EU Economic Law, which allows the application of acquired knowledge in relations with foreign elements.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
This course is an essential discipline for students of the 1st year of MSc. Mandatory requirements are proficiency in English and basic knowledge of the EU law, as well as Public and Private International law.
Course content
Thematic plan of the discipline: 1.The European integration process, distribution of power among EU institutions 2.Custom duties and CEE, Discriminatory taxation 3.Competing product, Cases of the ECJ 4.Prohibiting of quantitative restrictions and measures having equivalent effect 5.“Rule of reason” and “Mandatory requirements” 6.The free movement of persons / workers in the EU 7.Freedom of establishment and mutual recognition 8.Free Movement of Services in the EU 9.Free Movement of Capital in the EU 10.Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and deposit-guarantee schemes

Lecture, seminar, performing tasks of independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 40 points), additions (up to 5 points), independent work (up to 10 points), final modular test (up to 30 points). The form of final control is an written exam.
