The discipline "Compilation of bilingual sectoral dictionaries of the crimean tatar language" is a basic discipline that provides for the training of teachers of the Crimean Tatar language, organization of methodological (applied) activities of bachelors, and improvement of the level of professional education. Successful completion of the course requires mastery of such disciplines as "Crimean tatar language: basic, intermediate, advanced and functional levels", "Lexicology and phraseology of the crimean tatar language", "Fundamentals of translation practice", "Stylistics of the crimean tatar language: translation studies aspect".

The discipline involves the formation of students' theoretical concepts and categories of lexicography, as well as the ability to comprehend and evaluate already compiled dictionaries, predict the creation of new types of dictionaries, the development of corpus linguistics, stimulate the efforts of lexicographers in various directions and prevent various types of shortcomings and errors in dictionaries. The discipline is one of the components of the elective block "Crimean Tatar Studies and Turkish Language". The program of the discipline consists of 2 content modules. Classes are held in the form of lectures and practical classes. The course ends with an exam.

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, an assessment of theoretical training, which accounts for 35% of the total grade, and an assessment of practical training, which accounts for 65% of the total grade. Assessment of semester work: 1. Work in practical classes: 10 - 20 points. 2. Creative and research tasks: 10 - 20 points. 3. Module test №1: 8 - 10 points. 4. Module test № 2: 8 - 10 points. 5. Semester number of points: 36 - 60 points. 6. Exam: 24 - 40 points.
