            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Know: the basic principles of enterprise operation; the general logic of the accounting policy of the enterprise; basics of legislative regulation of business activity; principles of cash flow formation at the enterprise.
2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical data, work with the regulatory framework.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            Theoretical bases of detection and estimation of a condition of the enterprise as a whole and separate directions of its activity are considered. The content of the discipline is revealed in the following issues: economic diagnostics in the enterprise management system; information support of diagnostic work; sequence of implementation and planning of the process of diagnosing the activities of the enterprise; analytical support of managerial decision-making in a business organization based on rapid diagnostics;assessment of the attractiveness of the business environment of the enterprise; diagnosing the effectiveness of enterprise strategy; viable condition of the enterprise and its indicators; assessment of the level of organizational structure of the enterprise and its optimization.

- semester assessment of 60 points maximum / 36 points minimum:
1. Work in the classroom - 25 points maximum / 15 points minimum.
2. Preparation of the abstract - 20 points maximum / 15 points minimum
3. Performing practical exercises - 15 points maximum / 9 points minimum
  - final assessment in the form of a written exam: maximum score of 40 points
