Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. The student is responsible to the nobility: the peculiarities of life and the functioning of the human nervous system; to explore the specifics of the cerebral localization of the Highest Psychic Functions on the level of a student who completed the first 4 semesters of training for the specialty "Psychology" at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
2. The student is responsible for: winning the first knowledge and skills in psychodiagnostics and psychological assistance as a student, having completed the first 4 semesters of training for the specialty "Psychology" at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Course content
The aim of discipline: students mastered the theoretical foundations, methods of clinical neuropsychology, knowledge of the main neuropsychological impairments of the greater mental functions and the development of exogenous and endogenous factors that indicate the pathology of the human nervous system.

1. Theoretical and methodological foundations of clinical neuropsychology.
2. Neuropsychological syndromes in local lesions of the brain.
3. Neuropsychological diagnostics of patients with brain pathologies.
4. Neuropsychological rehabilitation of patients with lesions of the brain.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
The control is carried out according to the modular rating system.
Semester assessment:
1. Final test: max.12 points.
2. Evaluation of participation in seminars: max.3 points per seminar (total 14 = 42).
3. Assessment of independent work: keeping notes, keeping a glossary of terms: max. 6 points.
Final assessment - in the form of an exam.
The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester - 60 points, on the test - 40 points on a 100-point scale;
Form of conducting - written. Type of tasks - test. Minimum threshold level of the grade at which the test is considered passed: the grade for the test may not be less than 20 points.
Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not admitted to the test if he / she scored less than 36 points during the semester. The student is admitted to the test provided that 50% of the planned tasks are completed.
0-59 - not credited; 60-100 - credited.
