Know: - the essence and content of the basic concepts and categories "Management of foreign economic activity of enterprises"; - basic approaches to the organization and management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise; - procedure, technique of preparation and implementation of an international trade agreement; - methodological bases of international exchange of goods, services and results of creative activity.

- have general knowledge of economics, international economic relations, international management and international business; - be able to apply basic concepts and solve problems using certain rules and algorithms using a set of tools; - have basic skills of decomposition of tasks into components, skills of educational activities, the ability to use mathematical methods to solve a wide range of problems.

Thematic plan of the discipline: 1. Foreign economic activity in Ukraine. 2. Organization and management of foreign economic activity at the enterprise. 3. Procedures, techniques for preparing and implementing an international trade agreement. 4. Foreign economic agreements (contracts): types, structure, content. Typical contracts in international trade. 5. Structure and content of the international contract of sale: preamble, subject of the contract, quantity of goods, quality of goods, basic terms of delivery. 6. Structure and content of the international contract of sale: price and total amount of the contract, terms and conditions of delivery, terms of payment. 7. Structure and content of the international contract of sale: conditions of acceptance of goods, guarantees, claims and other conditions. 8. Execution of international contracts of sale.

Lectures, seminars

Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 3 points), written complex individual assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is written. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
