1. Successful mastering of the disciplines "Cytology and Histology of Man", "Human Physiology", "Human Anatomy", "Molecular Biology", "Medical Chemistry", "Pediatrics with the evaluation of research results", "Internal Medicine with the evaluation of research results".
2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of human cytology and histology, human physiology and anatomy, molecular biology, etc. academic disciplines to solve specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature.
3. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The subject of the discipline is to study the peculiarities of metabolism and biochemical processes in patients with various problems of the endocrine system, the principles of clinical and laboratory diagnosis, supply of nutrients, trace elements and the application of modern principles of nutrition and diet therapy. Master the skills of developing the principles of diet therapy and diet prevention, development of individualized menus, taking into account the peculiarities of endocrine disease, comorbid conditions, the presence of complications and others.
Nutrition in endocrine disorders as a discipline is based on the study of medical biology, medical chemistry, biological and bioorganic chemistry, morphological disciplines, anatomy, histology, physiology and is integrated with these disciplines.

Semester assessment: test tests, clinical tasks with discussion (in each laboratory), presentation on current issues (1 student in each laboratory once a semester), oral answers (in each laboratory), situational clinical case (in each laboratory) classes work in groups of 2-3 students).
