PR05. Demonstrate assessment skills unpredictable biological problems and deliberate choice of ways to solve them PR06. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of courses in the disciplines "Chemistry", "Bioorganic Chemistry", "Biochemistry". 2. To be able to independently apply knowledge of chemistry to solve specific scientific practical tasks; to work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. 3. To have an understanding of spectral approaches to the study of chemical compounds.
Course content
This discipline includes the study of the chemical composition of living organisms, familiarity with the basic concepts of chemistry of complex metal compounds, the impact of the latter on the functioning of organic life, the stability of complexes in the environment, the interaction of metal ions with biologically important molecules and their consequences.
