            Learning outcomes
        
        
            To know the essence of business planning; establishing a relationship between the company and the consumer; main components of the business plan; features of long-term and short-term planning. To be able to make a business plan based on its key elements; analyze the prospects of this business plan and ways to improve it; generate ideas for promising projects: analyze the work of competitors and find their competitive advantages.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            Knowledge of the basics of economic theory, macroeconomics, microeconomics, international management, etc .; have a basic understanding of business processes, the ability to analyze the macro- and micro-environment of international business, to identify and justify methods of management decisions, skills of analytical research and analysis. Have basic presentation and public speaking skills.

            Thematic plan of the discipline: 
1. The structure of the business plan in accordance with international standards of business planning 
2. Find an idea to start a business. The most promising ideas for doing business in recent years 
3. Team building and division of responsibilities as a priority element of business planning 
4. The impact of competition on business planning. Determining the level of competitiveness. 
5. The role of suppliers and intermediaries at all stages of doing business 
6. Fundamentals of business management in developing a business plan. Consulting and outsourcing tasks in the context of business planning 
7. Short-term and personal planning as part of business planning 
8. Creating your own brand image 
9. The content of globalization and regionalization in business planning. The role of modern information technology in doing business

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 5 points), written assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 40 points). The form of final control is a credit. The credit is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the credit – up to 20 points.
