PLO 1. Identify and identify the leading clinicalsymptoms and syndromes (in list 1); by standardmethods, using the preliminary data of the patient'sanamnesis, the data of the patient's examination, knowledge about the person, his organs and systems,to establish the most probable nosological orsyndromic preliminary clinical diagnosis of thedisease (in list 2). PLO 2. To collect information about the generalcondition of the patient, to evaluate the psychomotorand physical development of the patient, the state oforgans and systems of the body, on the basis of theresults of laboratory and instrumental studies toevaluate information about the diagnosis (list 4). PLO 3. Assign and analyze additional (mandatory and optional) examination methods (laboratory, radiological, functional and / or instrumental) on list 4,patients with organ and systemic diseases for differential diagnosis of diseases (list 2).

Course content
The subject of the discipline is modern methods of morphological research, knowledge of the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of diseases, structural foundations of complications and consequences of diseases, tumors and precancerous conditions, preparation of normative documents. Clinical pathomorphology gives knowledge of the structural bases of the development of human diseases and their clinical manifestations, recovery, complications and consequences; knowledge of diseases’ modifications, that develop due to changes in human and environmental conditions (pathomorphosis); knowledge of diseases arising due to various medical measures -prophylactic, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, anesthesiological, resuscitational (pathology of therapy, resuscitation pathology, iatrogeny)
