Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know:
- successful mastery of professional disciplines during the first year of master's studies;
- knowledge of syntactic transformations when translating into/from the Crimean Tatar language;

and cultural studies;
- apply the acquired knowledge in practice.

Course content
To familiarize students with the main provisions of conference interpreting. To teach students to identify and navigate the main stages of preparation for conference interpretation and technical equipment checking on the eve of the event. One of the aspects of the course objective is to demonstrate various
practical aspects of coordinating the work of interpreters during interpretation, including the specifics of communication with speakers and ethical aspects of work. The aim of this course is to provide students with the professional competence to carry out translation activities in the field of scientific and socio-political conferences.

Assessment methods and criteria
- semester assessment:
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level
assessment of the material learned, in particular, assessment of theoretical training - results of
(knowledge 1.1 - 1.4), which is 30% of the total grade, and assessment of practical
training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3); (communication 3.1-3.3.); (autonomy and
responsibility 4), which is 70% of the total grade.
