Learning outcomes
PLO3. To apply modern methods and technologies, including information, for the successful and effective implementation of professional activities and ensuring the quality of research in Crimean Tatar philology.
PLO7. Analyze, compare and classify different trends and schools in linguistics.
PLO8. Evaluate historical achievements and the latest achievements of literary studies.
PLO9. To characterize the theoretical foundations (concepts, categories, principles, basic concepts, etc.) and applied aspects of Crimean Tatar philology.
PLO11. To carry out scientific analysis of linguistic, speech and literary material, interpret and structure it taking into account appropriate methodological principles, formulate generalizations based on independently processed data.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know
- Crimean Tatar language at a level sufficient to analyze information on
scientific research;
- scientific terminology of the Crimean Tatar language and literature;
- scientific and methodological basis and terminology of the modern Crimean Tatar language.
Be able to:
- read and analyze scientific texts in the Crimean Tatar language;
- analyze literary works.
Have basic skills:
- planning, organizing and conducting research in the fields of
Crimean Tatar language and literature;
- conducting their own research activities;
- orientation in the educational space of Ukraine.
Course content
Creating a theoretical framework for the formation and further development of
skills and abilities necessary for planning, organizing and conducting research
in the fields of Crimean Tatar philology, translation studies, methods and psychology of teaching
foreign languages and translation.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Study of academic literature (in Ukrainian, Crimean Tatar, Turkish and English) on the subject of research methodology (including Crimean Tatar philology), scientific analysis of Crimean Tatar-language sources, preparation of qualification papers and research
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment:
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level
assessment of the material learned, including assessment of theoretical training
learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.4), which is 40% of the total grade, and assessment of
practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.2); (communication 3);
(autonomy and responsibility 4), which is 60% of the total grade.
Assessment of semester work:
1. Work in seminar classes: LO 1.1-1.4, 2.1-2.2, 3, 4.
2. Work at lecture classes: LO 2.1, 2.2, 3, 4.
