PLO 2 Work effectively with information: select the necessary information from various sources, including professional literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, organize, classify and systematize it.
PLO 6. To use information and communication technologies to solve complex specialized tasks and problems of professional activity.
PLO 8 To know and understand the language system, general properties of literature as an art of words, the history of the Crimean Tatar language and literature, and be able to apply this knowledge in professional activities.
PLO 15 Perform linguistic, literary and special philological analysis of texts of different styles and genres.

To know:
- successful mastery of professional disciplines during the first year of study;
- basic historical and literary terminology;
- knowledge of the main historical stages of development of the Crimean Tatar people and its culture;
- mastery of basic reading, writing and listening skills

Course content
Formation of students' knowledge of the specifics of ancient Turkic literature of the 9th - early 13th centuries. An important component of the discipline's goal is also the consideration and analysis of multi-genre works of this period: destans (poems), historical songs, instructional works, etc. Familiarization with the Old Turkic runic script and written monuments.

Assessment methods and criteria

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.3), which is 40% of the total grade, and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3); (communication 3.1-3.3); (autonomy and responsibility 4), which is 60% of the total grade.
Assessment of semester work:
1. Oral response, additions, participation in seminar discussions: LO 1.1-1.3, 2.1-2.3, 3.1-3.3, 4 - 20/40 points.
2.Analysis of works in writing: LO 1.1-1.3, 2.1-2.3, 3.1-3.3, 4 - 8/16 points.
2. Writing abstracts (up to 3 pages), 2a. presentation of the report (10 minutes): LOs 1.1-1.3, 2.1, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 4 - 6/8 points.
3. Writing a module test LO 1.1-1.3, 2.1-2.3, 3.1-3.3, 4 - 12/16 points.
