Learning outcomes
PLO 3. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems in the field of marketing. PLO 4. Collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic and marketing indicators, make management decisions based on the use of the necessary analytical and methodological tools. PLO 7. Use digital information and communication technologies, as well as software products necessary for marketing activities and the practical application of marketing tools. PLO 11. Demonstrate the ability to apply an interdisciplinary approach and perform the marketing functions of a market entity. PLO 13. To be responsible for the results, to show the skills of the entrepreneurial and managerial initiative.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the essence of entrepreneurial activity, the content of economic indicators, the methods of organization and planning of an entrepreneurial activity. To be able to: calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze primary information.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form a system of theoretical knowledge and acquire practical skills in developing strategic business plans and using them as a tool for managing entrepreneurial activity in the context of globalization. Modules: Module 1. "Methodological foundations of strategic business planning" considers the essence and goals of developing strategic business plan, the classification, the structural construction, the logic of preparation and design; information field of the business plan, methodology, and stages of formation of a strategic business plan; the approaches to the examination of the business plan. Module 2. "Content and technologies of strategic business planning" considers the requirements to the content of structural parts of a strategic business plan, the development of a financial plan and risk assessment, the approaches to the organization of business planning, the development of a calculated model of a business plan; the acquisition of the ability to use economic tools for the development of alternative plans and scenarios for the strategic development of business structures.

Assessment methods and criteria
Discussion, survey, presentation of the creative group and individual tasks, task linking, the expertise of business plans, modular control work, project defense, final control work - semester assessment: 1. Surveys, presentation of the creative group and individual tasks, problem-solving, modular control work – 50 points / 30 points; 2. Implementation and defense of the project – 25 points /15 points; - final control work – 25/15 points.
