Course content
he program of the academic discipline consists of three substantive sections. Content section 1 "Methodology of scientific research" reveals the meaning of the concepts "methodology", "methodology", "research methods", the understanding of science as research, the specifically scientific, general scientific and philosophical levels of methodology are considered. of economic research. Content section 2 "Fundamentals of intellectual property" reveals theoretical and methodological approaches to the analysis of the economic nature and specifics of intellectual property in modern conditions. Actual problems of the development of intellectual property, copyright and related rights are analyzed. Content section 3 "Methodology and methodology of economic scientific research" reveals the essence, justification and methods of solving a scientific problem, choosing a scientific direction and formulating a topic of scientific research; determination of relevance, object, subject, purpose, tasks and results of research; selection and practical application of scientific research methods; the method of constructing a conceptual apparatus; methods of collecting, analyzing and processing primary information; requirements for the preparation of scientific publications in professional publications and scientometric databases; principles of academic integrity and recommendations for preventing academic plagiarism; reviewing scientific papers; self-organization of scientific work, preparation of a scientific project.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation: The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of mastering the material from all topics of the three content modules and performing the student's independent work in the form of presentations and individual creative works. Content section 1 and content section 2 are evaluated separately 15 points maximum / 9 points minimum, content section 3 is evaluated separately 30 points maximum / 18 points minimum. Final assessment in the form of an exam (Min. - 24 points, Max. - 40 points). Final assessment in the form of an exam (Min. - 24 points, Max. - 40 points). A student is not allowed to take the exam if he / she scored less than 36 points during the semester. To be admitted to the exam, you must complete an independent project, pass all homework to get scores up to 36. The score for the exam cannot be less than 24 points to get an overall positive grade for the course.
