Learning outcomes
PRN 2. To determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of substances and ix mixtures. Demonstrate the use of knowledge about morphological changes of tissues and organs to diagnose pathological conditions, identify erroneous results and take measures to correct them. PRN 4. Understand the physical and chemical principles of staining and apply appropriate methods in laboratory research. PRI 12. Perform general clinical, hematological studies, interpret the results taking into account normal and critical values. limitations of the research method. clinical laboratory parameters, unbelievable results. Ta other detection PRI 13. Perform quantitative and qualitative biochemical studies, interpret their results. PRP18. Perform molecular and genetic research to diagnose human diseases.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Be able to write the equations of chemical reactions. 2. Have basic knowledge [of general, inorganic and organic chemistry. 3. Possess basic skills of the simplest operations in a chemical laboratory.
Course content
Within the discipline "Analytical Chemistry" methods of expression and calculation of concentrations of substances in solutions and solid samples, basic concepts of classical methods of analysis, theory of electrolytic dissociation, the concept of solution pH, basics of titrimetric and spectrophotometric methods of analysis, general approaches to biological matrix analysis .

Assessment methods and criteria
It consists of 2 modules. Learning outcomes for the semester are assessed on a 100-point scale. Modular control includes 2 content modules, assessment for homework, a comprehensive final module (exam). In total for the semester: 1 current test, 2 modular tests, assessment for homework and 1 comprehensive final exam.
