Annotating and referencing texts is an important component of the professional training of a linguist. To master these types of written speech activity, students study appropriate algorithms that organize mental activity, such as: identifying and extracting the necessary information, changing its wording and argumentative presentation according to the logic and requirements of the relevant text genres. Business texts of various styles and genres that function in the information space serve as material for consideration. The discipline is aimed at developing the skills of analytical and semantic processing of such texts, the result of which is the creation of informational content - abstracts and annotations.
