Learning outcomes
The student must know the principles of operation, purpose, main characteristics, parameters and features of use semiconductor devices used in electronic and computer technology, automatic devices, computer circuits and systems; methods of calculation and construction of typical analog and digital electronic circuits; software-instrumental and algorithmic tools for software development in solving the set tasks.
The student must be able to independently choose the necessary ones semiconductor devices in design and calculation radio-electronic devices, including digital ones; analyze the task, choose the optimal way to solve it, plan and carry out the necessary calculations using software and basic mathematical methods; draw conclusions and qualitatively design and present own results of scientific work within the framework of course work. according to the results of the work.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline "Coursework in Electronics" is a mandatory component of the educational program, which requires students to acquire a full range of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills:
1. Know: the main characteristics of conductors, semiconductors and dielectrics, basic theoretical information about electrical signals and their spectra, the basics of differential and integral calculus, basics of programming.
2. Be able to: apply in practice instrumental software tools for the design and development of radio-electronic circuits and devices, possess the skills of solving physical and
mathematical problems using differential equations; to calculate the parameters of passive elements of electric circuits, using the methods of radio engineering.
Course content
"Coursework in Electronics" is a component of the educational and professional training program for specialists at the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the field of knowledge 10 "Natural Sciences", in the specialty 105 "Applied Physics and Nanomaterials" within the educational program "Applied Physics,
nanoelectronics and computer technologies". During course work on electronics, information on the principles of operation of radio-electronic devices, including digital ones built on the basis of semiconductor devices, and methods of calculation and construction of typical analog and digital electronic circuits and devices are used to create one's own project.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes; consultations; laboratory work; independent work.
1. The student chooses a scientific supervisor and the topic of the coursework.
2. After choosing and clarifying the topic of the coursework, the student begins to study the recommended literature.
3. The student conducts theoretical and applied research, develops an appropriate method for solving the problem.
4. The first edition of the work is provided to the manager for study and verification of content, form and compliance with norms and requirements.
5. After taking into account the manager's comments and suggestions, the final version of the work is created.
Assessment methods and criteria
. In order to successfully complete the course work, the student must know the basic circuits and the principle of operation of typical electrical circuits studied in the discipline "Radio Electronics", and be able to calculate them independently. The coursework consists of an analytical and graphic part. The analytical part is drawn up in the form of an explanatory note. In the graphic part, the basic electrical scheme and specifications are performed. Evaluation of coursework in electronics is carried out by a committee, which must be a member scientific supervisor is involved.
