Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes Know the subject, methods, theoretical foundations of research on issues in the field of public management and administration, as well as philosophical, political science, economic, interdisciplinary research on competition as a political problem and social phenomenon; Be able to demonstrate knowledge of specialized management literature, as well as of political science, philosophy, economics from relevant course topics; communication: use knowledge of foreign languages to analyze informational Internet resources with expert assessments, statistical data of the IMF, UN, EU and others, reading the latest literature in preparation for seminar classes and writing independent works; autonomy and responsibility: independently search and critically process literature on issues of public administration, philosophical, political science, interdisciplinary research on competition, master methods of processing, analysis and synthesis of scientific information.

Prerequisites and additional requirements to know macrosociological theories of socio-historical development of society; the general nature and significance of politics as a specific type of human activity and a special field of knowledge; To be able to collect and interpret information about phenomena and phenomena of social life, state-management, economic and political processes and events; apply the main terms, categories and classifications in the body of knowledge of public management and administration in the analysis of socio-political and state-management relations; Have the skills of independent search, typology and information management; use of foreign language professional sources; to learn and master modern knowledge

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment the final number of points in the discipline (maximum 100 points), which is defined as the sum (simple or weighted) of points for systematic work during the semester. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester. Thus, the final grade consists of the sum of the semester number of points and the final test;
