1. To know psychological facts and patterns at the level of a student who has completed the first 5 semesters of study in the specialty "Psychology" at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. 2. To be able to use the primary knowledge and skills of psychological assistance at the level of a student who has completed the first 5 semesters of study in the specialty "Psychology" at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to develop knowledge of telephone psychological counseling, to form a holistic view of the process of telephone counseling, its content and techniques; to familiarize students with the history, phenomenology and psychological features of telephone counseling; to ensure close connection of theoretical and practical material in the process of telephone counseling; to expand knowledge and skills in practical assistance to a person.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Test work on the results of studying 1-4 topics -10/6 points 2. Test based on the results of studying 5-8 topics: 10/6 points 4. Assessment of participation in seminars: - 40/24 The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale. The form of the examination is written. Types of tasks - open questions, creative tasks; the answer to open question 1 - 25%; the answer to open question 2 - 25%, creative task - 50% of the total score. The minimum threshold level of the exam grade at which the exam is considered passed cannot be less than 24 points. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he or she scored less than 36 points during the semester. They are allowed to take the exam if they have completed 50% of the practical work provided for in the plan.
