Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the basic concepts of pedagogical and age psychology, psychological patterns of personality development, age-related personality crises, directions and technologies of psychological counseling. 2. To be able to select and correctly apply psychodiagnostic tools, conduct a counseling conversation. 3. To have the ability to process scientific psychological literature, prepare presentations, conduct psychodiagnostic research.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form students' knowledge in the field of acmeopsychology as an applied science of ways to achieve professional and personal optimum, as well as practical skills of acmeological research and application of acme technologies for individual and group development (counseling, coaching, training). The study of the discipline allows students to get acquainted with theories, concepts and approaches that describe the psychological characteristics of the adult personality, patterns of professional and personal development, to learn the basic concepts, stages of development of this development and the conditions for achieving "acme". The content of the discipline allows you to practically work out psychodiagnostic methods and techniques for studying the characteristics of personal and professional development of an adult, the procedure of acmeological research, the content of modern acme technologies, such as adult education, training, individual counseling, coaching, from the standpoint of an acmeological approach.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral responses (presentation at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): 25/16 points 2. Analytical report: 25/16 points 3. Creative individual work: 30/16 points 4. Final control work: 20/12 points The final assessment is conducted in the form of a test. The grade is based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100). Students who have scored a total of less than 60 points during the semester, but more than the critical-calculated minimum of 40 points, pass the test. The test is conducted in the form of an oral survey on the subject of the course and a creative individual task, which are evaluated at 20 points.
