Learning outcomes
The student must know the principles of operation, purpose, main characteristics, parameters and features of the use of semiconductor devices that used in electronic and computing equipment, automatic devices, computer circuits and systems; methods of calculation and construction of typical analog and digital electronic circuits; software-instrumental and algorithmic tools for software development in solving the given task. The student must be able to independently choose the necessary ones semiconductor devices in design and calculation radio-electronic devices, including digital ones; analyze the task, choose the optimal way to solve it, plan and carry out the necessary calculations using software and basic mathematical methods; draw conclusions and qualitatively design and present one's own scientific results work as part of course work. according to the results of the work.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline "Coursework in Electronics" is a mandatory component, which requires students to acquire a full range of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills: 1. Know: basic characteristics of conductors, semiconductors, and dielectrics, methods of data processing in the optical and microwave range, methods of medical image processing, basic theoretical information about electrical signals and their spectra, basics of differential and integral calculus, basics of programming. 2. Be able to: apply in practice instrumental software tools for designing and developing radio-electronic circuits and devices, have the skills to solve physical and mathematical problems using differential equations; to calculate the parameters of passive elements of electric circuits, using the methods of radio engineering.
Course content
During the course work on electronics, information about the principles of work is used radio-electronic devices, including digital ones built on the basis of semiconductors devices and methods of calculation and construction of typical analog and digital electronic circuits and devices to create your own project.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Consultations with the academic supervisor, independent work, defense of coursework.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation (in the form of differentiated assessment), defense of coursework. Final evaluation in the form of differentiated credit. Credit points are defined as the sum of grades/points for all successfully assessed learning outcomes provided for in this program. Scores below the minimum threshold level are not added. The minimum threshold level for the total score for all components is 60% of the maximum possible number of points.
