Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful passing of the entrance exam to the master's degree in the complex discipline "Social Work"; Knowledge of basic theories in the field of social work, features of social work practice in Ukraine and the world, the main trends in the development of the social sphere in Ukraine, legal documents governing the social sphere, leading international documents in the field of human rights.
Course content
Goal - the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of protection and representation of human rights and the specifics of activities in this regard of international organizations. The first module reveals the content and formation of the modern understanding of human rights, defines the history of key international organizations and their relationship with social work. The second module reveals the basic principles, challenges and approaches to the protection of human rights in modern social work.

Semester assessment: survey, elaboration of normative-legal documents, presentation, discussion, elaboration of cases, modular and final control work, credit. Final evaluation: test. The grade is formed as the sum of all points earned during the semester The minimum number of points for admission to the test - 36 points. Number of points per semester - 36-60; the number of points for the test - 40 Correspondence scale: Passed - 60-100 Not credited / Fail - 0-59
