Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the following disciplines " Human Anatomy", "Histology, Cytology and Embryology", "Physiology", "Microbiology, Virology and Immunology", "Biological and Bioorganic Chemistry", "Medical Biology", "Medical and Biological Physics". 2. The ability to independently apply the knowledge of human anatomy, histology, physiology, medical biology and other subjects for solving specific scientific tasks; skills in working with scientific-methodical literature. 3. Basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
Pathophysiology is a mandatory discipline that studies the general patterns and mechanisms diseases at the cellular, organ, system levels and the body as a whole; mechanisms of resistance, the origin and course of the disease and its consequences, as well as recovery. Pathophysiology as an academic discipline forms the methodological foundations of clinical thinking; provides an opportunity to conduct pathophysiological analysis of clinical situations for further diagnosis, treatment, prevention of diseases
