1. To have the skills of critical thinking, to present their own thoughts in a clear way, to make their arguments. 15. To communicate freely on professional issues orally and in writing in the official and foreign languages, taking into account the purpose of communication and social and cultural features of its context. 16. To define, formulate and argue their own civic and professional position on topical social issues.

The mastery of the discipline is based on the knowledge gained by students during the study of normative social and humanitarian disciplines of relevant fields of knowledge, such as "Introduction to university studies", "Management of socio-cultural activities", etc. and builds on the knowledge gained from high school in a subject such as "Fundamentals of Law". In turn, knowledge from this discipline contributes to the successful study of the disciplines "Management of cultural projects and exhibition and exhibition practices", "Copyright and intellectual property", as well as the completion of coursework and qualification work.
