Course content
The discipline is a basic discipline that covers the expression, structure and functions of the main classes of receptors of immune system cells. Emphasis is placed on molecular and cellular mechanisms of information transmission in immune system cells, principles of modular structure of signal cascade components, role of posttranslational modifications in signal transduction, principles of signal modules organization in signal networks, multilevel regulation of cell signaling systems. pathological conditions, components of signaling networks as diagnostic markers and targets for targeted therapy of leukemia and lymphoma.
