PLO 5. To find optimal ways for effective interaction in the professional community and with representatives of other professional groups at various levels. PLO 20.1 To conduct classes, provide consultations students in the disciplines in the speciality 035.051 - "Romance languages and literatures (translation inclusive), first language - Spanish", as well as to provide individual support to students during their studies, mentoring, using modern innovative methods and technologies of teaching in higher education. PLO 21.1 To carry out objective assessment of learning outcomes (certification) and provide recommendations for improving learning outcomes.

Successful mastery of general humanities disciplines and professional psychological and pedagogical disciplines ("Communication Practices (Spanish)", "Contrastive Linguistics and Translation (Spanish and Ukrainian)", "Communication in Management and Linguistic Conflictology", "Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages and Foreign Literature in Higher Education Institutions", "Psychology and Pedagogy of Higher Education"), which were taught during three semesters of master's studies.

The industrial assistantship involves the preparation and conduct of seminars and practical classes in the speciality for higher education students. The discipline develops the skills of practical activity of a higher education teacher, responsibility for the teacher's pedagogical culture, the ability to plan the educational process, develop training programmes, the ability to seek individual approaches and apply innovative approaches to teaching Spanish and linguistics. The educational component is included in the list of elective courses and is taken separately from theoretical studies in the 4th semester in the amount of 6 credits.

Review of the plan of the practical lesson, control of student assessment by the intern, open lesson, assessment from the place of internship, report. Evaluation criteria for each form of control are given in the internship program.
